Picking between Cabo wedding venues can be tough because there are so many exceptional choices. Choosing your Mexico wedding venue is one of the first steps in the wedding planning process. I often hear couples say “I love the beach, but I would love to get married in a unique or extraordinary venue”, while others say, “I want to get married on the beach, but I would like to give my guests a once-in-a-lifetime weekend experience.”
Mexico has all of the above.
One of the reasons I love creating Mexican weddings so much is because there are always new local wedding venues to explore. Couples that look for something other than the traditional will always find their ideal option here. And I’m not just referring to the actual wedding day, but also for the pre and post-ceremony events.
From beaches to gardens, deserts to farms, hotels to Mexican-style Haciendas it`s easy to find the perfect spot for your dream Cabo wedding. If you are considering Los Cabos as your wedding destination, and you have read about the venues on our website, let me introduce you to some new cool venues. I can guarantee that the ‘gram would eat any of these stunning locations right up and will provide the perfect backdrop for all your forever memories.
Inside Hotel El Ganzo
“The place that celebrates diversity, creativity, art, and sustainability”
Hotel el Ganzo opened in 2013, and has recently unveiled three new areas for events you may want to explore:
This space caters to events holding 20-5000 guests. This venue is surrounded by thousands of different varieties of beautiful cactus and succulents.
For events up to 200 guests for either cocktails or receptions. This magical place offers incredible ocean views.
With an unbeatable view over Puerto Los Cabos, this spot has a capacity of 100 – 300 guests for Ceremony, Cocktail, or Reception.
“Walls that tell stories, century-old stories”
A one-of-a-kind century-old event space located in the heart of downtown San José del Cabo, México. Goncanseco is located only 20 minutes away from the San Jose Del Cabo International Airport.
This family-owned location has been 150 years in the making. Originally used as a collection of warehouses, grocery stores, and even a car dealership, the same owner’s family took an entire year to redesign the space into the incredible event venue that it is now.
Goncanseco is a hidden gem event space as the owners have carefully managed to retain its esthetical bones.
“Where Desert meets the Sea”
Located in between Cabo San Lucas and Todos Santos, this new venue offers breathtaking views and two areas (La Palapa and La Hacienda) with a capacity for up to 600 guests. If you’re looking for privacy, great views, and some Mexican flair, you should definitely take a look this spot.
Zadun, a Ritz Carlton Reserve
“A place of History and Tranquility”
With 115 rooms, suites, and villas Zadun offers 7 different event areas that can cater to varying wedding sizes: from 20 to 500 guests. With beautiful nooks to be explored at every turn, a quiet beach, and impeccable service this Hotel is a great option to spend an entire wedding weekend.
It’s a place of new beginnings, an opportunity to pause and recognize the significance of the here and now. Nestled between the desert and sea, the resort is a portal for couples embarking on a journey in love and commitment and friends and family gathering to mark the beauty of life itself.
